During these uncertain times of the Covid-19 Pandemic many companies have put the customer last. There are many reports of customers not being able to contact customer service in any way for questions about a product, or issues with an order from these companies. We at Rainier Satellite believe these actions are deplorable. We understand times may be hard, but that’s no excuse to ignore your cliental base. With that said I want to assure you that Rainier Satellite is there for you. Our customer support team and call center is open for all your questions and concerns. Our shipping dept is also open, getting your orders out. Rest assure all branches of Rainier Satellite are operating following CDC guidelines to protect employees and customers.

Effective immediately I have opened up both our customer service phone line at 509-486-4137 and our Technical phone line at 509-477-9270 for any questions about Rainier’s products, services, and or orders.
